This product is non-refundable in whole or in part. Each consultancy session will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment and deducted from the bundle usage balance. An email will be sent to you after each consultancy session advising time used and any remaining time left on your account. Consultancy time only expires when it it used. Any unused balance will continue indefinitely.
