Consultancy credit bundles

Each consultancy session is logged, and time is rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment.

Additionally, we’ll email a summary of each transaction and time tracked with the remaining credit balance at the end of every session.

All our primary services are covered with pre-paid consultancy time bundles, depending on which bundle you buy.

With the per-minute consultancy, there are three tiers of coverage. The more minutes you buy, the more we can assist you with.

On the lower tier packages, some services are excluded. This is because experience has demonstrated that a satisfactory resolution with these types of consultancy usually requires more time.

So, for example, training or troubleshooting tasks are not included in the 15-minute bundle, as they usually require more time.

A further example might be fixing a hacked website – typically, this can take several hours or days, depending on how badly the site is compromised. As a result, these types of services are only covered on the higher tier bundles.

Good question. There are a few things to consider to optimize your experience:

1. All prepaid consultancy credit hours need to be paid before any consultancy. When credited hours/minutes are used up, you’ll need a top-up to continue use — much like a prepaid cell phone.
2. Remote control services rely on a stable internet connection at either endpoint at the support time (i.e., where you and the consultant are both located). Without decent internet, we may need to cut short or reschedule the session if it hinders progress because of a failing connection or inadequate bandwidth. Sometimes, remote control assistance may be given from a laptop on the road utilizing a 4G or 5G mobile network. The quality of internet service can vary depending on location and local network usage.
3. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate backups of your systems in a safe and secure location before we commence any remote work or consultancy.

Nope. Unlike prepaid cell phone credits, these credits don’t run out.

You’ve paid for them, so they won’t expire until you use them. So they’re good for as long as you need them.

No. Sorry. No refunds are available for any pre-paid consultancy credits, either as a whole or in part.

The higher-tier bundles offer discounts and savings on a per-minute basis. But this only applies when the entire bundle is purchased and allocated to consultancy time. As a result, we cannot refund any part of a bundle if minutes are left over.

The good news is you will continue to have credit on your account until you instruct us or hire us to continue. Or for assistance with another task or issue.

For example, if you buy a day’s pre-paid consultancy, but we only consume 5 hours of work, you still have 3 hours in the bank to use when needed. Bundles or time remaining will not expire unless we use it.

You can indeed. You can also stack bundles if you like.

For example, you could buy 3x 1-day bundles. Just increase the quantity from x1 when you navigate through the checkout process to buy the desired amount.
